About Greg
Greg Hamilton is the Senior Casino Reviewer at Silvergames, where he leads our hands-on testing of offshore casinos that Australian players can access. He has tested more than 180 sites since 2019, depositing real funds via PayID, Neosurf and crypto before scoring any welcome bonus, wagering requirement or withdrawal promise.
Before moving into editorial, Greg spent eight years as a logistics analyst for a regional Victorian freight distributor, tracing consignments through warehouse handoffs and carrier delays. The bridge to casino reviews is direct: he times every Bitcoin cashout and bank transfer from request to wallet, logs where KYC checks stall payouts, and treats a cashier page like a manifest that has to reconcile.
His freelance work for Australian tech and gaming outlets has covered Pragmatic Play pokies releases, Evolution live dealer tables and ACMA's offshore site blocking. Based in Ballarat, he spends weekends fossicking the Victorian goldfields with a metal detector and a Miner's Right, and says it taught him more about patience with low-hit-rate pokies than any paytable.
“I time every cashout from request to wallet and treat a cashier page like a manifest that has to reconcile.”
